Incoterms

• EXW (Ex Works):
  The seller's responsibility is to make the goods available at their premises. The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs, export clearance, and import clearance at the destination.
• FCA (Free Carrier):
  The seller delivers the goods, cleared for export, to the carrier nominated by the buyer at a named place. The buyer is responsible for transportation costs, import clearance, and any subsequent transportation.
• CPT (Carriage Paid To):
  The seller delivers the goods to the carrier or another person nominated by the seller at an agreed-upon place. The seller is responsible for transportation costs to the named destination, but the risk transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
• CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To):
  Similar to CPT, but the seller also arranges and pays for insurance for the goods during transportation. The seller is responsible for transportation costs and insurance until the goods are delivered to the named destination.
• DAT (Delivered at Terminal):
  The seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer at a named terminal at the named port or place of destination. The seller bears all risks and costs up to the terminal, including import clearance.
• DAP (Delivered at Place):
  The seller delivers when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer on the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the named place of destination. The seller bears all risks and costs up to the named place of destination.
